How to put it together
- 1
Paint your collected cardboard tubes with bright yellow acrylic or spray paint and let them dry completely.
- 2
Cut the bottom out of a round plastic laundry basket so you can easily step into it and pull it up to your waist.
- 3
Wrap the outside of the laundry basket in bright blue poster board, securing it with duct tape or hot glue to resemble a blue macaroni cup.
- 4
Write or print a large 'Mac & Cheese' logo and glue it to the front of the blue poster board cup.
- 5
Attach shoulder straps made of yellow ribbon or webbing to the inside of the laundry basket so it hangs comfortably from your shoulders.
- 6
Glue several yellow cardboard tubes to your yellow shirt and beanie, and fill the top of the laundry basket cup with the remaining tubes.
- 7
Carry your giant foil-wrapped cardboard spoon to complete the look.
Makeup & hair
Keep makeup simple with warm, golden tones or yellow face paint accents. Hair can be tucked completely inside the yellow beanie to keep the focus on the cheesy noodle hat.
