How to put it together

Construct the harness base by securing four thick, bendable wires (like heavy-duty aluminum wire) to a rigid plastic or wooden board that fits inside a backpack.

Slide grey foam pipe insulation or flexible silver dryer vent hoses over each wire to form the four tentacles.

Cut three-pronged claw shapes from silver EVA foam or cardboard and secure them to the tips of each tentacle with hot glue.

Cut four small holes in the back of the green trench coat to allow the tentacles to pass through.

Put on the backpack harness, thread the tentacles through the holes in the coat, and put the coat on over the harness.
