What you need for a The Creeper costume

Dark green or black duster coat
A long, ankle-length canvas or leather-look duster coat, heavily distressed and frayed at the hem.
DIY: Use an old trench coat, cut the hem into jagged strips, and rub it with sandpaper and brown acrylic paint for a dirty look.
Wide-brimmed fedora or outback hat
A dark brown or black distressed hat with a wide brim to cast a shadow over the face.

How to put it together
