A classic black two-piece suit jacket and matching trousers, worn slightly oversized to mimic a puppet.
DIY: Use a black blazer and black slacks from a thrift store.
White undershirt
A plain white collared dress shirt or a white turtleneck to serve as the base under the jacket.
DIY: Any plain white long-sleeve shirt will work.
Spamton glasses
Round-rimmed glasses featuring one bright pink lens and one bright yellow lens.
DIY: Pop the lenses out of cheap round sunglasses and color them with pink and yellow transparent glass paint or markers.
White face paint
Full-coverage white face paint to recreate his pale, puppet-like skin tone.
Black slicked-back wig

How to put it together

Put on the white collared shirt and tuck it into the black trousers.

Put on the black suit jacket over the white shirt.

Apply the white face paint evenly across your face, neck, and ears, leaving the lip area clear.

Use black eyeliner to draw vertical lines down from the corners of your mouth to your jawline to create the ventriloquist dummy mouth joints.
