How to put it together

Brew a large pot of black tea or coffee and submerge the white nurse dress and stockings to give them a dingy, yellowed, antique look.

Once dry, mix brown, black, and dark red acrylic paint with water in a spray bottle and mist the dress to create layers of grime and dried blood.

Construct the mask by wrapping plaster bandages around a balloon or mannequin head shaped to your size, leaving the back open and ensuring you can breathe through small hidden ventilation holes.

Paint the dried plaster mask with yellow, brown, and red washes to mimic dirty, stained bandages, then seal it.

Distress the toy pipe using dry-brushing techniques with orange and brown paint to simulate heavy rust.
