What you need for a Scout costume

A plain, short-sleeved red crewneck t-shirt made of cotton or polyester, tucked into the pants.
Gray slim-fit pants
Light gray or brownish-gray chinos or scrub pants, rolled up at the cuffs to mid-calf height.
DIY: Use an old pair of gray sweatpants or khakis and roll the cuffs up.
Black baseball cap
A plain, adjustable black baseball cap worn forward.
Single-ear headset
A lightweight, black behind-the-head headset with a single earpiece and a thin wire microphone.
DIY: Modify an old pair of headphones by removing one side and attaching a black wire or pipe cleaner as the mic.
White athletic tape
Standard white sports tape wrapped around both hands, leaving the fingers exposed.
Black single-strap messenger bag

How to put it together

Put on the red t-shirt and tuck it securely into your gray pants.

Roll the cuffs of the pants up to mid-calf height to match Scout's signature in-game style.

Wrap the white athletic tape around both hands, starting at the wrists and covering the palms while keeping your fingers free.
