What you need for a Mordecai costume

How to put it together

Put on the royal blue sweatpants and the royal blue hoodie.

If using felt, cut out a large semi-oval shape and fabric-glue or safety-pin it to the chest of the hoodie to represent his white breast feathers.

Wrap two bands of white tape or paint two white stripes around each sleeve just above the elbow.
