How to put it together
- 1
Put on lightweight, breathable base layers like a t-shirt and shorts to prevent overheating inside the polyester suit.
- 2
Insert four fresh AA batteries into the battery pack connected to the costume's built-in fan.
- 3
Step into the inflatable cow suit legs first, pulling it up over your torso and slipping your arms through the sleeves.
- 4
Secure the battery pack to your waistband or pocket, ensuring the fan's intake vent on the outside of the suit is completely unobstructed.
- 5
Pull the hood over your head, adjust the face opening, and zip up the costume fully to create an airtight seal.
- 6
Switch the fan on and wait approximately 60 to 90 seconds for the suit to fully inflate.
Makeup & hair
Since your face is fully visible through the head opening, keep your hair tied back or tucked away. You can add a touch of fun by painting a small black spot on one cheek or a pink nose using face paint.
Inflatable Cow for couples, groups, kids & more

- Pair up with someone in a farmer costume, a milk carton outfit, or another farm animal like an inflatable pig.
- group
- Create a whole herd of inflatable cows, or team up with a full barnyard of inflatable animals.
- kids
- Kids' sizes are widely available and feature the same battery-operated fan design scaled down for smaller heights.
- Plus size
- The oversized, air-filled design is naturally highly accommodating and fits most adults from 4'11" to 6'3" comfortably.
- pet
- Dress your dog in a simple black-and-white spotted cow hoodie or cape to match your herd.
Tips
- Always carry a spare set of four AA batteries in your pocket in case the fan runs out of power during your event.
- Wear lightweight, moisture-wicking clothes underneath, as the sealed polyester suit can trap body heat quickly.
- Ensure the external fan intake is never covered by clothing or bags, or the costume will deflate.
- Watch your surroundings; the wide, air-filled body makes you much wider than usual, so navigate tight spaces carefully.
Inflatable Cow costume FAQ
- How does the inflatable cow costume stay inflated?
- The costume features a small, built-in electric fan powered by a battery pack that continuously blows air into the suit to keep it fully expanded.
- What should I wear underneath an inflatable costume?
- Wear light, breathable clothing like athletic shorts and a t-shirt. The polyester material traps heat, so heavy clothing will make you too hot.
- How long do the batteries last in the fan?
- A fresh set of four AA batteries typically powers the inflation fan for about 4 to 7 hours of continuous use.
Did you know? Inflatable costumes rely on constant airflow rather than being sealed like a balloon, which allows fresh air to circulate and keeps the wearer comfortable.
