How to put it together
- 1
Lay your blue hoodie and joggers flat on a clean workspace.
- 2
Use black fabric paint or cut-out black felt strips to create wavy tiger stripes along the sleeves, legs, and sides of the hood.
- 3
Cut two large, slightly mismatched circles from the orange felt to recreate Derpy's iconic goofy eyes.
- 4
Cut smaller white and black felt circles, gluing them onto the orange circles to form his silly, crossed-eye expression.
- 5
Glue the completed felt eyes onto the front of the hood, just above the opening.
- 6
Cut pink felt triangles and attach them to the inside of the hood's ears to mimic his inner ear color.
- 7
Attach the blue plush tail to the back of your joggers using a safety pin or fabric glue, then put on the completed outfit.
Makeup & hair
Keep your hair tucked completely inside the hood. For a fun touch, paint your nose black and draw a simple white muzzle with a wide, goofy smile and a few black whiskers on your cheeks.
