A full-body white spandex or nylon unitard to serve as the robot's base body.
Blue fabric paint or tape
Bright cyan or royal blue fabric paint or adhesive vinyl tape for the joints and accents.

White foam board or EVA foam
Lightweight foam sheets to craft the chest plate, shoulder pads, and wrist cuffs.

How to put it together

Put on the white bodysuit as the base layer of the robot chassis.

Apply blue fabric paint or blue vinyl tape around the joints (elbows, knees, and ankles) to mimic Astro's mechanical joints.

Cut and shape the white EVA foam into a curved chest plate, then attach a blue circle or LED light to the center to represent his power core.

Secure the foam chest plate, shoulder caps, and wrist cuffs over the bodysuit using fabric glue or velcro straps.

Construct the helmet by fitting the translucent blue visor film into the face opening of your white dome helmet.

Mount the blue LED lights inside the helmet along the top or sides of the visor, ensuring they point outward and do not block your vision.
