How to put it together

Cut two matching large iron-shaped profiles (flat bottom, curved top pointing to a front tip) out of cardboard.

Cut a flat rectangular strip of cardboard to connect the two sides along the top curve, securing them with hot glue or duct tape to create a 3D hollow body.

Paint the bottom edge of the structure metallic silver to represent the soleplate, and paint the upper body white with blue accents.

Glue the black plastic lid to the top center of the iron body, using a white paint marker to draw heat settings around it.

Bend the foam pool noodle into a handle shape, trim it to size, and hot glue it securely over the top of the iron body.
