How to put it together

Carefully cut out the entire bottom of the white plastic laundry basket using heavy-duty scissors or a utility knife.

Measure and cut two equal lengths of thick white ribbon to act as shoulder straps, securing them firmly to the front and back rims of the basket.

Inflate 20 to 30 small white and clear balloons to varying sizes, tying them off securely.

Use double-sided tape, safety pins through the balloon ties, or low-temp hot glue to attach the balloons around the outer rim of the basket and spilling over the sides.

Step into the laundry basket, pulling the shoulder straps over your shoulders so the basket sits comfortably around your waist.

Put on the ruffled shower cap and carry the yellow rubber ducky in your hand or secure it to the front edge of the basket.
